EDExams supports our clients and centres through comprehensivetraining support which ranges from a comprehensive collection of online help and knowledge, through to bespoke face-to-face product training. Customers and users have access to updates, best practice guides and information . In addition, our Documentation and Training Team are continuously updating these materials and enhancing our available resources. Additional training can always be requested, and we’re happy to train on location or via our screen sharing software.
Our support desk is available to clients, centres and candidates to deal with technical requests or genera product help. We also offer training to support staff to help with the EDExams application enquiries. For large clients a dedicated service delivery manager is allocated to make sure the operation runs smoothly.
